I purchased my Nest thermostat September of 2023. No problems installing or with its operation. Just recently it started loosing the WIFI signal on and off. So I pulled the unit off the wall and the factory batteries had leaked. There was no low battery signal on the screen. Has anyone else had this problem and replaced their battery?
