Nest thermostat blowing cold air on heat setting

I installed a new nest thermostat and it blows out cold when it says heating. I have a Goodman furnace,  no heat pump and have reset and rewired a few times with no success. No error codes appear.

Yeah I just chatted with someone fornl almost about hour. Confirmed my system is compatible then they started repeatedly asking the same questions they already asked over and over

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry if you have to go through this.

It's most  likely a wiring and system configuration issue, the reason why it's blowing cold air when calling for heat. I'd love to know more about this. Could you please send the photo of your Nest Thermostat wiring and your case number? Also, you can check out this article for more information.

Best,

Jenelyn
