Nest thermostat can't save changes

I am trying to connect my Nest thermostat to the wifi. When I go through the "add new device", it says I have connected to my device but "Something went wrong. We couldn't save your changes. try again." And when i click "OK" it just keeps looping through this.

Hello Boogle14,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue connecting your Nest Thermostat to the app. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

Could you please tell us the type of Nest Thermostat you have? Also, have you gone through the initial setup where you configured your system? If you haven't yet, please check the Account or the Nest App settings on your actual thermostat to see if it shows connected to an account or not, and let me know how it goes.
