Nest thermostat clips replacement

Hi, I found 2 back clips of my thermostat were broken. The thermostat works well now. Just the thermostat cannot hold the back plate on the wall. 

Is there any way to find a replacement?

A few questions — what specific Nest thermostat is this? Could you provide a photo of the back showing the broken clips? Also, when and where was it bought?
