unable to see or change temperature setting on iphone app

been using a 2nd gen Nest for 8 years but the last 6 months , can only see HOME and Away No temperature setting ??

Sounds like it's stuck in away mode , can you access the thermostat through the app?  You should be able to change it from away back to home and the temp settings will return

Harleybr56, just to confirm, do you not see your thermostat on your Nest app or do you see it but you can't change the settings of it? Have you tried signing out then signing back into your Nest app? If yes but to no avail, could you try signing into another mobile device or on a computer by going to https://bit.ly/3gW4i8w on a browser?
