Your thermostat wires are compatible with our Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation. Below is an image on how you should connect your thermostat wires to the Nest Learning Thermostat base.
Take not that the jumper wire is not needed in a Nest Thermostat so, you can disregard it. Also, here's a guide for the installation and set-up of the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation.

Hi there,
Thanks for getting back to us. I see that you have the Nest Thermostat 2020 model. In this case, you'll need the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation since that is the only Nest Thermostat that is compatible with two-stage cooling with auxiliary heat.
