Nest thermostat compatibility

I am trying to install the Nest thermostat. The app is telling me it’s not compatible with my system.  I have wires running to G, Y, W, and RH. I also had a jumper wire from RH to RC. The app told me to remove that jumper as one of the first steps. When inputting what wires I have into the app should  I be including RC even though it indicated to remove the jumper?  If I indicate I have RC the app says it’s incompatible.  If I don’t enter RC it seems to say it’s compatible.

Right. Since the RC was just the jumper, you only need to enter the Rh wire.
