Over the last few weeks, my Nest Thermostat E has developed a tendency to start pre-cooling toward a target temperature hours before it’s necessary. For example, I t’s supposed to hit 72F at 3am (from 74), so it should start cooling around 2:30, but some nights it starts pre-cooling around midnight or 12:30. This behavior seems to correspond roughly with the Seasonal Savings time period, but doesn’t really make sense in that context.
