My wife and I bought a house with a thermostat e already installed. We have been constantly running the air for 3 days and the house is not cooling down. I noticed the delay activated deeming the battery needed to be charged. I plugged it in for a half hour but that did not fix the problem. Looking for other solutions.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. Also, do you see any messages or code aside with the delay? Please charge it for at least one hour.
