The power was off in my house for a bit and when it came back on, I couldn't connect the heat link. That's OK now after a factory reset plus deleting it from the app and adding it again. I also discovered that the wires going into the heat link had come loose so popped them out and back in again securely. Now though, the downstairs thermostat is displaying a temperature perhaps 7 or 8 degrees higher than the actual temperature, and 3C higher than the heat link upstairs. We have a hot water tank upstairs, so it's always warmer up there as you'd expect, even when the heating is off. I've tried holding down the front of the thermostat to force a reset twice, but it hasn't helped. What is going on? I tried taking the thermostat outside where it's currently 11C, the thermostat said it's 25C.

Hi
I wanted to post an update on here but was locked out until someone responded.
The thermostat is now working OK, took several hours but the displayed temperature slowly dropped to what it actually was in the room. Seems to be working OK now.

Hi @Flummoxed1,
Thanks for reaching out. I'll do my best to get this resolved. Can you send me a photo of the thermostat next to another thermometer? I'd like to see what the difference in temperature is.
