Nest thermostat installation

I have a 5 wire system currently, I’ve installed the new NEST thermostat multiple times and it will not power on. I can’t get ahold of google support at all. I want to get the problem resolved or a new thermostat. My old Honeywell thermostat works as soon as I hook it up again.  Need some help getting in contact with google support.

We need pics of old and new so we can see if you wired it correctly.

What kind of system do you have?

Heat and AC?

What kind of heat? Heat Pump, Gas, Electric coils etc?
