Don’t know PIN to unlock thermostat - didn’t have app downloaded so cannot use it. Please any assistance appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with unlocking your Nest Thermostat. To isolate the issue, could you try connecting your Nest Thermostat to a computer and check if your computer can detect it?
