My Nest 3rd generation thermostat (Canada) lost connection to the wifi. I've gone through the troubleshooting list and nothing works. After searching online, it seems that there might be a hardware issue that will require a replacement. Now I need to contact someone, but the contact page won't load. I have tried multiple times over several days, and the same error message appears. Does anyone have a current phone number that works? I've tried two that I found on external websites, but both are no longer operating.

I was eventually able to get the contact page to load, and chat with a customer service representative. They were able to provide a solution for my problem.
