Nest thermostat issues

Just today my thermostat has started going in and out of the menu on it own, doing the menu noise every time. it does it 3-5 times in a row then will stop for awhile then do it again. I’ve rebooted it, wiped it completely down with a damp cloth and searched the internet but can’t find anyone with the similar issue. I have had this unit installed for around 6 months without issue

To clarify, are you hearing a clicking sound on the Nest Thermostat device itself? If so, a power-related or wiring configuration is the potential reason why it's making a noise. Can you share with me its wiring setup? Since when and how often do you notice this happening? Also, have you had a chance to reinstall its wires? If you haven't yet, please give it a try and make sure that they are properly installed and the tabs are pushed down.
