Hi. For 2 days my nest app on Iphone can’t connect directly. It asks to connect through my google account and once it starts again, it asks me to reconfigure my home from scratch and add the device (nest thermostat), scanning the QR code and adding the code. After about 20 minutes, I have to start all again. So basically when I am out I can’t control the thermostat anymore. What can I do please?
