I have a thermostat E had trouble connecing originally and today (few weeks after install) I had an internet outage and the thermostat will no longer works. I have done everything to reconnect but it cannot find the Wi-Fi. And when I enter it manually the same thing. I worked through all option and finally did a factory reset. No nothing, Its OOH for UK call centre and I have no heating, please advise
