Nest thermostat keeps dropping the temp

We cannot seem to maintain a set temperature on the thermostat. We can set it to 20 for example and hours later it drops to 13 with a leaf icon. We have disabled all features such as eco mode, home away assist and schedule. This is really annoying. Sometimes the temp we have set to stays on the app but it's the thermostat that drops lower. Really frustrating for something a normal thermostat has no issues with.

On the screen it says say "20 degrees until 'set time'"

Also we cannot get voice automaton from Google home IE ok Google set temperature to x, it says this device isn't set up yet.

Internet connections are fine

Please help!

Did you go into your Nest app, select the thermostat and then go to schedule?  It will let you schedule what temperature you want and at what time you want it.  This has worked well for us.  Sometimes the Nest will ask if you want it to make seasonal changes to help your bill and we always say no thanks.  Hope this helps.
