Nest thermostat lost network connection

A week or so ago one of my best thermostats lost wifi connection. I've reset it, restarted, wiped it from my home account and added it back in with no luck. Using Google wifi hub/access points and no other devices on the network are having this issue. Any recommendations?

I have same problem. Thermostat can’t find wifi. I can’t even add it back to the app. I would appreciate any help. I tried everything. 

I have the same problem!  My Nest lost its connection to wifi and I cannot get it reconnected.   Tried everything including the resets....no help!  All other devices are not experiencing any problems with wifi, though I have rebooted everything just in case.   Can someone help please???

 

Any luck on fixing your wifi issue?

My Nest also says it is offline. I have tried to get it back online but the instructions all say to go to Home, then Settings, then restart etc. but my Settings does not show Reset. Am I using the wrong model or what?
