Nest thermostat making buzz noise when AC is running

Nest thermostat making buzz noise when AC is running. We bought our nest 3 days ago and found that it is making buzz noise. There is no current over loading. Please help me and let me know if the device is defective?

My sincere apologies for the delay in response, and sorry to hear about the buzz noise. That is definitely an odd symptom to appear. Let's work on this together to see what's going on. 

Can you clarify a few details for me? 

• Is your AC working? 
• Are you unable to access any features on your device or in the Google Home app? 
• Are you receiving any specific error codes?

I have the similar issue.   All of a sudden today there is a loud buzzing coming from the nest learning thermostat that just started.  The ac is on but at a higher temoerature and I went through the troubleshoot and test features and it said all was ok and the updated software is the most recent. I took off the diver and the buzzing continues
