Hello Eliko,
Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing connectivity issues with your Nest Thermostat. Let's sort this out.
A few questions:
- Could you tell us the Nest Thermostat model with which you're having an issue?
- How far away is the thermostat from the router?
- Were there any recent changes to the WiFi?
- Does it show any message codes or reports?
- What are your other Google Nest devices?
- Please gather the power readouts in the Technical Info settings.
Lastly, give these steps a try and let us know if they work:
- Go to Reset Settings > Account Connection > Reset to confirm.
- This will disable the network connection and disconnect the existing account.
- Enable the mobile hotspot to see if the thermostat detects it.
- Check the power status. If the thermostat's battery level is at 3.7 volts, charge its display for an hour and ensure that all wires on its base are still properly connected before plugging it back in.
- Then, try reconnecting it to the WiFi in the Network settings manually.
- If it goes online, remove the thermostat itself from the Nest app and proceed with adding it back again.
Let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Mark
