Nest thermostat not charging on the wall or with usb port

My nest is not charging and has low battery for over a week now.

  • What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
  • When did you install the Nest Thermostat?
  • How long did you try to charge the Nest Thermostat with the USB cable?
  • Do you see blinking lights? If so, what color are they?
  • When did the issue start?
  • What type of HVAC system do you have?
  • Do you see error codes on the screen of the thermostat?
  • Have you done some troubleshooting steps? If so, can you list them?
  • Could you please send me a picture of the thermostat wiring?
