Nest Thermostat has been working fine for almost a year. Recently "Not connected to wifi" on display. The correct network but then after entering the password the display reads "something went wrong". I've tried all sorts of suggestions and get the same result. Other non-Nest devices work fine on the network. Help, please.

If all else has failed, factory reset and set up again , sometimes old settings can cause conflicts.

Try contacting customer service. I have had to send back two gen 3 Nest learning thermostats because of bad wifi chips so far. I had the same error message you are getting and after troubleshooting with customer service they said the wifi chip was bad. They sent me a new one and i sent the broken one back no charge.

Hey woh,
I wanted to reach out and follow up. Please let me know if you are still having trouble with the WiFi connecting to the device, as I would be happy to review further.
Thanks so much Ashepherdson, and ethanstuber for the help as well.
Best regards,
Jake
