Nest thermostat not listen to to schedule

Hi

i have the nest thermostat and it just won’t listen to my scheduke

it turns on when it wants and goes back on 

auto schedule is off

it also won’t copy days to schedule…

I have google home app and nest but annoying that one doesn’t do it all

can anyone help

Yikes! Let's get this fixed. Are you located in North America or Europe? What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? For Nest Learning Thermostat and Nest Thermostat E, follow these steps: 

1. Go to Settings then look for Eco and select it.
2. Turn off both the Eco Temperature.
3. Click Done.
4. Look for Nest Sense and select it.
5. Select and tap Auto Schedule. 
6. Select "No" and "Off" then press the ring to select it.
7. Click Done.
8. Look for Reset and select it.
9. Select and tap Schedule.
10. Select Confirm Reset or Clear.
11. Turn the ring to reset schedule.
12. Click OK.

For Nest Thermostat 2020: 

• Clear weekly schedule. 
  • On the home screen, touch and hold your device's tile.
  • Tap Settings > Schedules > Clear weekly schedule. 
• Adjust temperature preset on the thermostat. 
  • Back to Settings > Temperature Preferences > Temperature Preset. 
• Create new schedules on the thermostat. 
  • Tap Settings > Schedules > Add. 
• Tap the day of the week that has the schedule you’d like to copy.
  • At the bottom of the screen, select the option to copy the schedule for that day (Copy Monday schedule).
  • Tap the box for each day you want to copy the schedule to.
  • Tap Done to save the changes.
• Restart the thermostat.
  • Go to Settings and select Restart > Restart > Yes.
