Nest thermostat offline

Nest thermostat keeps going offline.  Have gone thru all the steps suggested and it works for an hour and goes back offline. Everything else on Wi-Fi is working.  Have had it for 3 years with no problems but now it says can’t connect to Wi-Fi. Nothing has changed. What do I do now?

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear about this situation with your thermostat WiFi connection. Help's here! I'd like to ask you a few questions to gather more information:

 

  1. Is the display showing an error code, such as W5?
  2. Do you have a C-WIRE connected?
  3. Is your network 2.4 or 5 GHz?
  4. Did you check the thermostat's battery levels?
