Nest thermostat running for long times

My thermostat is currently set at 65 degrees and the inside temp is 65 degrees, but my app glows orange saying the heat is running, and the history shows its been running for 1.5 hours now, and there's no heat coming from the vents.

 

Why does the history show its running, and the colors are orange when the set temp and inside temp are the same?

Which Nest thermostat do you have?

How is it wired?

Is this a new install or one that has been working and now isn't?

It's a nest thermostat wifi only.  This thing has been nothing but problems and severely pisses me off!!!  I'm sure hoogle has a manual with all my info already after all the tickets I've submitted.  Installed 3 months ago .  Wired with 6 wires..

@Fritz1, I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you. I'd love to know more about this. Could you provide with us any Support IDs you have from your previous contact? Also, how's it going with your Nest Thermostat? Is it still not blowing any heat from your HVAC system?

It's hard to monitor now since the weather is warm and the heat hasn't come on for long periods if time.  Just don't understand how the energy dashboard works with the thermostat set at 65 and indoor temp at 65, but the dashboard says it's running but it shouldn't be since both Temps are at 65.

 

I believe the dashboard is inaccurate
