About 6 months ago my sensor stopped working. I tried EVERYTHING suggested from other posts in the community to connect with no luck. I went as far as purchasing a new thermostat, no luck there. I then thought it may be a bad sensor so I just received a new one today and what do you know, same problem! Now I have a new thermostat and 2 sensors that won't connect. Shame on you Google for having these issues with no resolution and foolish me spending more money. I'm out an additional $300 and all I want is one of my two sensors to work. Is the technical support team even working on this? I see many post here in the community and almost every single one ends with filling out a form. Which I'm sure this post will end up triggering the same thing. Don't you have enough forms on this already? Does this require an overpaid technician to come to my home and set this up? I'm sure you heard this before, but you have a very frustrated customer, if that even means anything these days.

Thank you so much for reaching out to the community. I’m truly sorry the Nest Sensor temperature is not connecting to the thermostat. I’m happy to help you and find a solution.
I appreciate all of your hard work in attempting to link your thermostat and Nest Sensor.

The compatible thermostats with the Nest Sensors are the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd and 4th generation and the Nest Thermostat E. If you have any of these thermostats, please follow these steps:
Please let me know how it goes.
Best regards,
