Nest thermostat turns ac compressor on and off when set to off

I installed my nest thermostat and about 30 days later it started to turn the A/C compressor on and off multiple times in less than 15 seconds, this happens when the nest is set to "OFF".  I have a C-wire connected and the whole hvac system is less than 2 yrs old.

Call google nest it could be in the wiring 1-855-469-6378 for everything’ google
