Nest thermostat where is my furnace?

The thermostat no longer shows a furnace icon so I can’t turn the furnace on. It worked last year. 

I have done a reset

the settings shows heat w1 and heat2 w2 aux are connected 

I really don’t want to pay an electrician again. Hopefully there is a free and easy !
