Dear Nest,
my thermostat worked fine for over three years and this summer it stopped connecting to Wi-Fi. I have done the troubleshooting steps for over three times, my nest cameras work fine here and in my other home as does my other nest thermostat. Can someone please contact me? do I need to get a replacement? I like the features of the nest, but I don’t think it should wear out after three years. After reading all of the posts here, it seems like there is a systemic issue.

I’m having the same issue since my phone automatically upgraded to iOS 18.1.1

To better investigate the inconvenience, I'd like to ask the following:
In the meantime, I'd suggest checking this article to perform some steps: Troubleshoot connecting a Nest thermostat to the Nest app or Wi-Fi network (Other TD error codes)
