Nest thermostat wireing

The compatability checker says my wireing is compatable but when i go through the setup it says it is not compatable. Which is it? I have a W,Y,G,a blue wire to B/C, and RH, RC are jumped. It is a concentional AC system. I have the basic Nest Thermostat.

Bigdankozul, look at YouTube ONE HOUR SMART HOME. Great video the explains the wiring.  I think B/C goes to C and RC/RH goes to RC. No jumper is needed.

Hey folks,

I appreciate your suggestion, 1007gary.

What is the make and model of your system? Also, could you share a clear photo of it showing the terminal labels?

Best,

Melba
