Nest thermostat wiring compatibility

Hi can anyone help?

Is my current wiring setup compatible with nest thermostat?

Sorry..forgot to mention.

I currently have a siemens thermostat rdh10, wiring 3 cables LX, L1, L2.

@Th3ofilus85 , you need to be careful. The LX is the power input to the LX, and the L1 is switched output to the boiler, pump or a valve.  The L2 is the satisfied terminal. This is used for say a valve that need to be powered on and power to off.  The reason you need to be carful is because this can be full line voltages of up to 250VAC. You need to verify the voltages being used.
