Nest thermostat wiring

Hello, I just got a Nest thermostat and having trouble mapping the wires. I just want to check if my system is even compatible before I either get a professional or return the thermostat.  Attached all photos, please let me know if you need any more information.

Hello, thanks for the follow up. I found a professional who will come install it for me. It seems that I'm missing a C wire that needs to be extended from the wall.
