Nest thermostat without the need for Heatlinks

Hi,

I’m looking to wire up my heating system and want to use the 24v Nest thermostats used in the US with a Linear-x Manifold Operating System. Looks like it communicates with the Boiler so I can use the direct wired 24v thermostats USA versions eliminating the need for 8 Heat links connecting to each thermostat. Has anyone seen this linear-x.com seems to be a simple solution that also looks like it saves on energy consumption. The information from the company is to use a relay between the Linear-x and the boiler if the boiler is 230v for 24v boilers TT connection wire directly. Looks like a cleaver kit everything just wires in. Thermostats, Boiler connection. See below
