I’ve tried everything - reset, factory reset, checked everything with my modem and router, tried connecting to my phone’s hotspot. I called Google help, and they were incredibly unhelpful. Their response - there’s nothing we can do - maybe it will fix itself. Seriously, they said it might resolve itself. My warranty ran out in July 2023, so they asked if I wanted to be sent a link to the google store so I can buy a one new. I told her that this is a known issue, and it’s all over the message boards. She assured me that this is not a known issue. Before this, I had an ecobee that lasted for years until I sold the house. I thought Google would make a better, longer lasting product. I was so wrong. Definitely would not recommend paying hundreds of dollars for a product that is designed to only last two years.
