Nest thermostat wont unlock

I have had my nest 3 years, always same password, yesterday when punching in 4 digits it said wrong password.

Don't know what to do...

Sorry to hear about this. 

If you still have access to the thermostat on your Nest app, follow these steps to unlock it:

1. Tap the Nest thermostat you'd like to unlock.
2. Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the menu and tap Unlock.
