My nest thermostat will not connect to WiFi. It doesn’t not see my SSID. When I manually enter network name and password it still does not connect.
I am using a TP-Link Deco AX5300 WiFi 6E router. I’ve restarted both the router and thermostat with no luck. Confirmed I have 2.4 ghr. band enabled. Any suggestions out there would be appreciated.

I'm sorry for the delayed response but thanks for reaching out. I also appreciate that you've already tried some troubleshooting steps.
Just to confirm, does it not detect any WiFi networks or just yours? Have you tried to connect it to a mobile hotspot? Also, are you getting a specific message or a code on your thermostat display or Google Home/Nest app?

thanks for reaching out. Yes the Nest does NOT see any wifi networks or my mobile hot spot. the message when the nest is scanning for network names is "no networks found yet". I've left this run for 30 minutes with no change.
any suggestions would be appreciated.

What specific Nest thermostat is this? When and where was it bought? Also, what country are you in?

I am in the US and purchased the Nest Learning thermostat (3rd generation) in Jan of 2019 from Amazon.
