Nest thermostat

I cant get my Nest in my apartment to push out warm air on heat. No problem with cooling, just heat. Any ideas? I can’t find in the app where to switch it to heat pump like the internet says so looking for other ideas.

Before I begin. I need to ask a few questions for further assistance:

 

  • What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
  • When was it installed?
  • Did the issue happen during installation or after installation?
  • Was the thermostat installed by a Nest Pro or by a regular installer?
  • If the issue happened after the installation, when did the issue start?
  • Is there any LED on the Heat Link?
  • What is the display color?
