Nest thermostat

I got one of these worthless **bleep**ing thermostats and I can't keep my house warm ive done everything I can think of Ive tried with schedules setup I've tried without ive set it to hold temp ive dont everything but still this **bleep**ing thing let's ly house get down to the low 60's please someone tell me how to make this stupid **bleep**ing thing work

You posted your message under nest first generation thermostat. Do you have a nest first generation thermostat or do you have a later series of say a nest learning thermostat?

is your system a gas furnace or is it a heat pump only system with electric back up heat?
