Nest thermostat

My nest thermostat will not even see my network. I am seeing a /w5 error code.

Sorry to hear about what you're experiencing with your Nest thermostat. I want to check on this further. 

Quick question — what type of Nest thermostat is this? Have you tried restarting it by following the guide here: https://bit.ly/3riP5Dp If not yet, please give it a shot then observe how it goes. 

If it still show the same message, let me know when and where was it bought and what country you are in. Also, please provide a photo of your thermostat display showing the code.
