Nest thermostat

Hi,

Installed my nest thermostat using adapter

Everything works fine but on the thermostat I get a "not detecting wire" issue in settings

How do I fix this?

@Fred3636, I'm sorry for the trouble this may have caused you — let's see what's going on.

It appears that your system might not provide enough power or any power to either the thermostat or a specific wire (so the thermostat can’t complete a circuit and shows a report). How's your thermostat? Were you able to do the steps shared by Eveluna?
