Nest thermostat

My thermostat is showing continue setup on app, i set it up on app but its still showing the same thing and I can’t do anything

Hello Nwood,

 

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd love to help.

 

Your Nest Thermostat might have been accidentally removed from the app, or the setup isn't finished. To make sure it's properly configured, please follow these steps here:

 

  1. Remove the thermostat display from its base.
  2. Take out the batteries for at least 3 minutes before plugging them back in to restart.
  3. Make sure that your phone's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are on and that no other Bluetooth devices are connected to it.
  4. Open the Google Home app and proceed by adding the device.
