Nest thermostat

My Nest thermostat that was working until ~24 hours ago is not finding the wifi signal. Nothing has changed and there are other nest devices that are connected on the wifi network. Have reset the thermostat, restarted wifi router and checked the power.

How long had you had the thermostat and have you had the issue fixed yet?  I have the same issue and have only had the thermostat installed since March of this year.

It was installed around 18 months ago

Thanks for reaching out to our community. It's not ideal for your Nest thermostat to not connect to the internet. However, it's great you've already taken some troubleshooting steps! Let's see what could be the cause of the Wi-Fi disconnection.

Now that you have performed a reset on your Nest thermostat and checked the power, can you let me know what values you're seeing, such as the battery level for example.

To rule out any external interference sources, can your nest thermostat detect other Wi-Fi networks? I'd recommend trying to connect your Nest thermostat to a mobile hotspot to see if it can find it.
