Nest thermostat

I only have 4 wires and jumper and I bought a plug to use as c common wire but when I click the ones that are thermostat in nest setup says my system is not compatible what do I need to do or to get around this please and thank you I have a green wire in g a blue wire in y and white wire w/aux and red wire in R with lil jumper to rc

You have outlined your wires but sometimes a picture of the thermostat helps as well.  Any chance you can post an image that shows how the old thermostat was wired?  May also be helpful to know which Nest Thermostat you have.
