Fed up we got nest system in 2020 they all have been replaced numberous times. Its a joke at this stage pleading with Google. It was our architect that recommended the system. Google are refusing to replace the lastest one but offering us 100 stg against new thermostat. When you buy on the google site. No availability at the minute. It takes two or three weeks to get new thermostat by the time the electrician is available. Sitting in the cold now. Have to repeat issues over and over again on the chat. Going to rip it out.
@Patrick_Caezza Have you considered they might be in the UK/EU with a wired Heat Link system? I assume they have a Heat Link, when users state 100 stg for example, and boiler!
I have no idea, and that’s where the forum fails! We still do not have separate country options!
No havnt but now you cant get a replacement for the Thermostat 3rd generation. To top it off they are only offering 100 Stg allowance for Google nest Thermostat E. A total different system. Eventually got it out of them.
