Hello accesssre,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Nest Thermostat not powering up. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you. There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

  • Check Power Supply: Make sure that the thermostat is properly connected to its base. Ensure that the wires are securely connected and that there is power going to the thermostat.
  • Restart the Thermostat: Try charging the thermostat display for an hour using a USB charger in a working power outlet.
  • Verify that the circuit breaker connected to your HVAC system is not tripped and turned on.
  • Battery Replacement: If your Nest Thermostat has batteries, ensure they are not depleted. If they are, replace them with new ones with the suggested specs and see if the thermostat powers up.

I hope your thermostat gets up and running soon, and let us know how it goes.

Regards,
Mark
