I have 4 nest thermostats. I took 1 offline as I am renovating a room and have removed the drywall.
When I try to access my other 3 nest thermostats, I can't get to see them as all I can do is select the 1 thermostats which I have taken offline (removed from the wall that's not there).
Why can't I see the ones that are online?
It seems the Nest app is REQUIRING me to fix the temporarily removed one before I can do anything.
Weird design that prevents me from controlling my heat for a system that's supposed to make this easy.
Any thoughts out there??

Thanks, but thus is not an initial setup issue. I have glad these thermostats for years and they have worked well.
My issue is if I disable one of the four (doing some renos), the app is requiring me to fix the connection to the disabled one before I can access the other three which have been and continue to be connected to my network.
The nest smoke detectors work fine if the battery dies in one of there, and I can still see the others, but for some reason the app is requiring to fix the fault in one of them before I can access the others.
Thats the problem.

Thanks Zoe
Yes, I an in the right account as u can see my nest smoke detectors.
Problem is the error from the one thermostat not being connected is blocking me from seeing the other's.
Seems to be designed to require a correction of that one error to literally do anything else with an6 other thermostat, which seems like a dumb "feature".
I guess I could decommission that one thermostat and then add it back later, but that seems a ridiculous thing to have to do..

Thanks Zoe.
The issue persists. Seems that the app is designed to require any connection issues with one nest thermostat to be resolved before you can access any of the other nest thermostats in the app.
A design flaw I would say, and one that is preventing me from accessing my thermostats
