Nest thermostats

I have nest i have changed my internet, i rest my network settings, there was an update that was required on the nest and ever since that it stoped working! 

it loads up when after i reset , and then asked me to continue to the home app to finish the set up! 
i  done it via my camera and also via the code on the bottom! 

it starts to connect to the internet then i get error code to say that cant connect t wifi with  error code (TD004(0.65)

 

 if sombody could help with this it would be great as its doing my head in!
