Thanks for posting in the Google Nest Community forum. I'd like to take a closer look at it. Could you please take another photo and ensure that the labels of the wires are visible? It will help us to further check the compatibility and wiring configuration of your system. 

 

Also, taking a photo of the wires connected to your system's control board, will be a lot of help.
