Normally, it is not necessary to charge the device constantly. To detect any error, could you help me by providing me with the following information:
- When did the issue first occur?
- Do you have a "C" wire connected to your base?
- What type of thermostat do you have?
- Are all the wires of your thermostat seated firmly in its terminals (with no loose or exposed wires)?
