Nest website temperature settings different from app temperature settings

Hi, how come my temperature settings in my nest website account are different from those in the nest app?  The thermostat follows the app, but sometimes I want to make changes in the website.  I want my schedule and temperature settings to be identical both in app and in website - obviously.

Exactly the same.  The schedule isn't completely out, the web version is just out by 0.5 degrees.
